  1. This is great, but how to you get your feet to slide like that, I have tried everything short of putting WD40 on the floor…

    1. Hey Tino. It’s all about hard leather shoes and a hardwood floor! It can be scary to dance with less friction at first, but that environment really helps enforce good counter body movement for balance.

      If you don’t have a nice hardwood floor, the idea is finding the right shoe / floor combo that lowers friction. For example, if you use socks on carpet, it works surprisingly well, while rubber shoes on carpet are a disaster.

      Never tried WD40! That sounds fun though, You can also put powder on the floor as well, but all those can get messy. 😉
